Jillian is an associate at TZMC.

Jillian grew up in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and Graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Psychology.  Before moving to Washington, Jillian worked with high-risk youth in a residential treatment facility where she developed and ran a therapeutic horse program geared towards helping abused and neglected children overcome attachment and behavioral issues. 

After leaving her home state, Jillian graduated with cum laude honors from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2014.  While in law school, Jillian was the Membership Committee Chair and an Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review.  She served low-income families in the Consumer Protection Law Clinic and participated in appellate-level oral advocacy competitions.

Jillian began her legal career with a focus on federal and state criminal defense and the consultation of I-502 businesses.  She has represented clients in both the Eastern District of Washington and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  She also has significant experience advising I-502 businesses through the application process with the Liquor and Cannabis Board, in addition to assisting businesses in navigating the State regulations relative to I-502.  Since joining TZMC, Jillian’s practice has expanded to civil litigation in areas such as personal injury, agriculture, employment, and family law disputes.

Jillian is admitted to practice in Washington State and the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Washington.  She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, and the Benton-Franklin County Bar Association.

In her spare time Jillian is an avid outdoors enthusiast and enjoys camping, hiking, and kayaking with her boyfriend and their dog, Toby.
