Richard is an associate at TZMC.

Richard grew up in Seattle and graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice in 2007. Richard attended Gonzaga University School of Law where he graduated in May 2011. While in law school, he interned for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Washington, Kootenai County Prosecutor’s Office, and Spokane County Prosecutor’s Office.

Richard joined Telquist Ziobro McMillen Clare, PLLC, in April 2012. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, assisting clients in divorce, child custody, and personal injury cases. He has also successfully defended persons charged with misdemeanors, gross misdemeanors and felonies in both state and federal courts.

Richard is admitted to practice in Washington State and United States District Court Eastern District of Washington. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Benton/Franklin County Bar Association.

Outside the office, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and yellow lab, Gunnar.
